Sour Cream Coffee Cake

What you will need to make this delicious sour cream coffee cake

CAKE:

• 1/2 cup butter (room temp)

• 1 cup sugar

• 2 eggs

• 2 cups flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 cup sour cream

• 1 tsp vanilla

TOPPING:

• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1 tbs flour

• 2 tbs margarine

• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

How to make it

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at

a time.

Beat well.

Sift dry ingredients together.

Add flour mixture to butter and sugar mixture alternating with sour cream.

Pour into a 9"x13" lightly greased pan.

Sprinkle with topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
