Hashbrown egg casserole is my go-to when I know we are going to have a busy morning. It is a quick and easy recipe that I know my family will love and that will keep them full.
This is a perfect first day of school recipe that your kiddos are sure to love.

Here is what you will need:
-1 32 oz package of frozen hash browns (cubed or shredded)
-1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
-½ tsp salt
-8 eggs
-2 cups milk
-Dash of paprika
Directions
Combine hash browns, bacon, ½ cup of cheese, and salt.
Spoon into 13x9 greased baking dish.
Whisk eggs and milk until smooth.
Pour over the hash brown mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and remaining cheese.
Bake for 45-50 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees
