Erin's Welcome Quiche is perfect for family brunch or girls tea
Here is what you will need
2 Marie Callander’s Frozen pie crusts
8 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup Deli Ham, sliced and cut up in small pieces
1 cup Broccoli, chopped
¼ cup canned mushrooms, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Italian cheese
6 eggs
2 cups half & half
1 cup milk
1 packet Knorr vegetable mix
How to make it
Divide meat, vegetables and cheese evenly between the two frozen pie crusts.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and combine with half & half, milk and Knorr vegetable mix.
Pour into pie crusts, dividing evenly between the two.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
